- When you contact us through this website or by email or phone: your name, email address, role, the yacht or company you mention, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Business contact information for outreach: where we contact professionals in the yacht industry, we use business contact details (such as name, role, company and work email) taken from public professional sources, company websites and industry publications, together with publicly reported information about a yacht or project.
- Website use: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
How we use it and why
- To reply to your enquiry and send the examples or information you asked for, because you asked us to.
- To send a small number of relevant business emails to professionals whose work relates to ours, in our legitimate interest in offering our services to the yacht industry. Every email offers a simple way to opt out.
- To keep a record of our business relationships and of anyone who has asked not to be contacted, so we respect that request.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email or writing to peter@yacht-graphics.co.uk. We will stop and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure you are not contacted again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run our email, website hosting and website forms, and they process information only on our instructions. Production partners receive only what is needed to fulfil an order you have placed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and business correspondence are kept for as long as they are relevant to a working relationship, and reviewed regularly. Opt-out records are kept so we can honour them.
Your rights
